Peter L. Herb, CPA

Peter Herb is the founder of WealthCo Financial Group. Having a diverse background in Accounting, Tax, Business management and Wealth Management, he uniquely understands the value of bringing all of that together for his clients. Peter established the firm nearly 30 years ago with the guiding principle to serve his clients in every area of their financial life. Peter is passionate about serving both the firms individual and small business clients in every aspect of their financial life.

Peter founded Peter L. Herb, CPA (WealthCo’s predecessor firm) in 1993 as a Tax and Accounting firm and began offering comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services in 1997. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, has obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and he is a licensed CPA. He holds the FINRA Series 6 - Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative, FINRA Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law and Texas insurance licenses.

his wife, Melody, have been married more than 35 years. They have three adult children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. Peter’s oldest son PJ joined the firm in 2013 and he is very excited for the opportunity to work alongside him every day. They are very involved with the work of the Church. Peter and Melody enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling to their second home in Rockport, TX, fishing, playing golf, shopping, and traveling.
